Carbon rotary valves

Comparison: RG 500 rotary valve from carbon fibre and steel.
Carbon fibre rotary valves for the reduction of susceptibility and mechanical noises,
and for better acceleration with different open-time area.
The Carbon valves principly run directly on the aluminium of the outer valve seat.
The Pertinax antifriction plate must be removed in addition to the rotary valve cover.
Since the original pertinax plate becomes detached any way after years of use (heavy damage to the engine will result), with removing the pertinax plate valve seats can continue to be used.
Remachine of the covers however, will be always necessary.
After reinstalling the carbon rotary valves, the life span of the outside valve seat is almost unlimited. The noise is thereby reduced, the items preserved by the lightening of rotary valves in conjunction with the inner rotary valve teeth and those of the crankshaft, as well.
In the long term, an extremely wise investment.

Cylinder

Cylinder with pistons and bearing, RG 500 and RGV/RS 250.
Our RG 500 pistons are sorted into three shapes, according to tolerance size. The original chamber dimension can mostly therefore be retained. We will only mill the bore if it's absolutely necessary. (Please, send the cylinder for measurement)
The special RG 500 approach washers for the piston pin is precision grind. In comparison to the genuine washers, our GHN washerssurvive higher RPM, e.g. with a Jolly Moto exhaust system to be used, without any problems reported.


Gearbox

RG 500 update of original transmissions:
50 % higher stiffness.
This gear wheel combination was only supplied on produktion after '93, so never in factory produced Gammas.
If you have also only done moderate performance improvement to your engine, this is absolutely recommended!


GHN-gearbox "GHN Gearbox" for RG 500, with adapted ratio. Each gear has 5 backgrinded dogs for optimal power transmission. All gear wheels with free-wheel have needle bearing, for fewer friction losses. The 1st gear is longer. The further gears are adapted accordingly. The oil level can be kept lower with this transmission. The result is that the clutch plates separate better. In the scope of supply, a suitable kickstarter gear wheel is included.

Our GHN gearbox was further improved, the reliability continues to increase. Available immediately, we offer an update for all GHN gearbox supplied before 2000.
